E-Z Self Storage is going green! We
recently added an energy-efficient, climate-controlled storage
building to our facility in order to be able to provide for all of
your storage needs. We will be applying for energy-star status. When
visiting your belongings, you’ll be cool in the summer and warm in
the winter! We also have some indoor storage units in an interior
hallway. You can store your car, motorcycle, business office
overflow and your extra belongings. Space sizes: 5x5, 5x7, 7x10,
10x10, 10x15, 10x20.
Donna and Kermit Theall are the owners of E-Z Self
Storage on the Bucksport Road. We purchased the business in January
2003. The facility consisted of two buildings with various sizes. We
expanded the business in March of 2004 to add four new buildings
with 5x10 and 10x10-sized spaces.
In 2007, we launched a second expansion on property adjacent to the
current location. We have used local business vendors (EBS, RF
Jordan, Noddin Electric, Wikumpaugh Line) for all site work and most
building materials.
The new buildings added 11,000 square feet of storage space divided
into 10x10, 10x15, 10x20 and 10x30 sizes. The spaces are designed to
accommodate larger items such as small boats on trailers, larger
vehicles, vans, etc. The door openings will have greater height and
width to make this possible. Outdoor RV storage is also available
And in 2011, we added a Climate-Controlled, Indoor storage building.
We continue to work with local vendors as much as possible to ensure
we are investing in the Hancock County business community.
